We take the time to ensure that custom work is tailored to meet the end needs of the client and the requirements of the project.

RoverTracks sometimes uses our custom work as a test bed for future product development. Some of the things you see here on this page may end up being future RoverTracks production items, so browse around and take a look at some of the projects that we've undertaken in the past.

Defender Tire Rack
The factory tire carrier on this Defender 90 was strengthened and raised so that a larger tire size can be used. Now, the user can carry a full size 37" Goodyear MT-R spare for hard-core wheeling.

Custom Steering Linkage
This extreme truck has a custom axle set-up that required extreme steering components. They came to RoverTracks for a product that wouldn't fail under any circumstances.

Coilover Shock Mounts
This Defender 90 wanted to take off-road performance to the next level. With the addition of Fox Coilover shocks, a mounting point was need that would take advantage of the additional articulation, while being strong enough to support the weight of the Defender.
