RoverTracks axles are made from a proprietary alloy used in a wide spectrum of heavy duty applications including off-road trucks, race cars and dragsters. The rear axles are a full 1.25" in diameter and feature an integrated axle flange and polished surface for added strength. They are a 24-spline configuration designed to fit any NAS Defender 90, Discovery Series 1, and many late model Range Rover Classics.

LongTracks Extreme Front Axle CV Kit

Longtracks CV kits are out of stock (1/16/08) They will be for about 3-5 months. It seems that the USA Manufacturer of the best and least expensive CV kit for LR’s has chosen not to make them for Rovertracks any longer. Bobby and I have both tried to change their minds but it seems they are more interested in selling to a more expensive competitor (at his request I have heard). Fear not as I am working with a new manufacturer that will make the product just as strong at the same low prices. This process will take a few months but we’ll be back!!! Thanks for your patience! Rovertracks has developed a kit using the time tested Tech of the Longfield Chrome Alloy/300M CV joint. We provide 4340 24 spline axles and CV’s for your ABS Type Rover.

This is a “drop-in" kit, that includes Longfield designed and built CV joints, and 4340 24-spline front axle shafts. No modification is required. Installation is as simple as changing broken CV’s (you should have plenty of experience with that, using stock Rover CVs).

Note: Installation of this kit will disable ABS systems on your Rover.

RoverTracks 110 Heavy-Duty 110 Front Axles
RoverTracks axles are made from a proprietary alloy used in a wide spectrum of heavy duty applications including off-road trucks, race cars and dragsters. The front axles are 1.25" in diameter. They feature a 24-spline differential end and a 23-spline CV end.

This is the set up to go with to convert the 10-spline front diff on your Defender 110 to the beefier 24-spline set up. The axles are for use with the AEU2522 CV fitted to 1993 and earlier Defender 110s. Please feel free to call with any questions.

Extreme Duty Salisbury Axle Conversion
If you need the ultimate in heavy duty axle setups, the RoverTracks Salisbury conversion is the one for you. We start off with a factory Land Rover Salisbury housing. On the inside we put a full 35-spline Dana 60 third member. This is simply the strongest drop-in axle set up available-all the brackets mount right up.You can even reuse your original rotors and calipers. This set-up features Blue Torch Fabworks diff covers for extra diff housing strength.

Each Salisbury Axle set up is custom built to suit your needs. Any readily available gear ratio can be added, to match up with the rest of your Rovers running gear. Any brand of locker can be added - open diff, limited slip, Detroit or ARB can be selected.

Whatever setup you chooose, you can be assured that the Extreme Duty Salisbury Axle conversion is built to handle the rugged demands of life on the trail.
