30-spline Front Axle Conversion
So now the CV’s and axles are the strongest thing
in the front end of your truck what breaks next? The ring
and pinion gears.. Sadly, the Rover diff is not the strongest
available when you start going for those low crawler gears.
What do you do?
Put
in a Toyota diff! Rovertracks provides a kit using Longfield
30-spline Toyota CVs and 30 spline axle shafts to fit
a Toyota third member in your Land Rover axle housing.
The
kit includes Longfield 30-spline CVs, RoverTracks axle
shafts, drive flanges, and the bushings for the Stub axle.
It also includes a Sewer cap diff cover and Panhard rod
plus the special tools, templates and fasteners to put
a Toyota FJ 80 diff in your Rover housing. We do all of
the required machine work to fit the bigger axles through
the Swivel balls and Stub Axles and fit your Rover driveshaft
to the Toyota pinion flange.
This results in a very strong front axle! All you need
is a Toyota 3rd member.
