So now the CV’s and axles are the strongest thing in the front end of your truck what breaks next? The ring and pinion gears.. Sadly, the Rover diff is not the strongest available when you start going for those low crawler gears. What do you do?

Put in a Toyota diff! Rovertracks provides a kit using Longfield 30-spline Toyota CVs and 30 spline axle shafts to fit a Toyota third member in your Land Rover axle housing.

The kit includes Longfield 30-spline CVs, RoverTracks axle shafts, drive flanges, and the bushings for the Stub axle. It also includes a Sewer cap diff cover and Panhard rod plus the special tools, templates and fasteners to put a Toyota FJ 80 diff in your Rover housing. We do all of the required machine work to fit the bigger axles through the Swivel balls and Stub Axles and fit your Rover driveshaft to the Toyota pinion flange.
This results in a very strong front axle! All you need is a Toyota 3rd member.

Toyota 30-spline Rear Axle Conversion
Need to upgrade the rear diff on your Rover?
You can with Rover Tracks Toyota 30-spline rear axle conversion. Swap out the wimpy Rover 3rd member for a beefy Toyota V6 third member, the strongest drop-in diff available for your Rover rear axle housing!

We provide you with tough-as-nails Rovertracks axles, plus the machine work, special tools, template and sewer cap diff cover. All you need is a Toyota 3rd and a day in the shop, and you'll be back on the trail.

Extreme-Duty Salisbury Axle Conversion
If you need the ultimate in heavy duty rear axle setups, the RoverTracks Salisbury conversion is the one for you. We start off with a factory Land Rover Salisbury housing. On the inside we put a full 35-spline Dana 60 third member. This is simply the strongest drop-in axle set up available-all the brackets mount right up.You can even reuse your original rotors and calipers. This set-up features Blue Torch Fabworks diff covers for extra diff housing strength.

Each Salisbury Axle set up is custom built to suit your needs. Any readily available gear ratio can be added, to match up with the rest of your Rovers running gear. Any brand of locker can be added - open diff, limited slip, Detroit or ARB can be selected.
